What types of services does the studio offer?
We offer photography services across three main categories: portraits, events, and branding. Our work is designed to meet the needs of individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Does each studio booking include a photographer?
No. If you’d like photography services, please make sure to select the appropriate booking option at the time of scheduling.
Changes cannot be made on the day of your session, so double-check your selection before confirming.
Can a studio rental be extended after already being booked?
Absolutely! Extensions are possible but subject to studio availability. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure additional time.
What is the refund policy?
All booking fees are non-refundable.
If you anticipate needing more flexibility, Reschedule Protection can be added at the time of booking. This add-on allows for a one-time date change within 7 days of your original session, even after the scheduled date has passed.
How long is the editing and delivery process?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes 5-7 business days depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?
If weather conditions allow safe travel to an indoor shoot, we proceed as scheduled. If not, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling.
For outdoor shoots, if the weather is unfavorable on the day of the session, we’ll explore options including rescheduling or moving to our indoor location.
Please note, rescheduling due to personal preference or “not feeling like it” is not permitted unless the Reschedule Protection add-on was purchased.
